Returns are FREE, as long as the 30 day trial period has not expired, which begins from the date of purchase, and the item is in acceptable condition. You will be issued a full refund once the item has arrived, been processed and fully inspected. This process can take up to 15 days to complete.

Please ensure you have your original order number to hand. As long as you enter your email address, the prepaid postage label will sent to your inbox for you to print later.
Common returns questions
What if my order arrived via Amazon?
If you purchased from Amazon and Amazon shipped you the order, please return the order back to the Amazon warehouse. Your Amazon order cannot be refunded if you complete the return form above.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, we can exchange your item free of charge, on the condition the goods have been in your possession less than 30 days. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your intention to exchange the item.
How do I exchange a faulty item?
If you find that your goods are faulty on arrival or become faulty within a reasonable time, then you are entitled to a repair, replacement or a refund. If you are able to send us a photo of the faulty item, please do so.
Please note that for some goods it may be disproportionately costly to repair those goods, and so where this is the case, then we will give you a replacement or a refund. Where any faulty goods are to be returned to us then please use the return sheet included in you package and return the items to us using. Once done, press the START MY RETURN or START MY EXCHANGE button above to receive your free returns label. Please indicate if you require a replacement or refund.
Once inspected, if the goods are faulty we will do one of the following.
1. When a refund has been requested - refund the cost you paid and reasonable return postage costs once the item has been processed.
2. Where a replacement has been requested - dispatch a replacement and refund reasonable return postage costs.
